Our Newtownards branch are looking to recruit new trade counter specialists to advise customers on plumbing and heating parts and equipment. Familiarity with heating and plumbing products is a must. The successful candidates should be bright and enthusiastic and have strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Serving trade and cash sale customers at a trade counter
- Placing orders for customers
- Taking phone payments
- Sending emails internally and externally
- Liasing with suppliers
- Stock Control
Essential Criteria:
- Retail Sales: 1 Year (required)
- Customer Service: 1 Year (required)
- Great customer service skills
- Interpersonal skills
- IT skills
- Basic numeracy and literacy
Desirable Criteria:
- Attention to detail
- A desire to work with the public
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Drivinf Licence (preferred)
